DiPilla Dentistry of New Baltimore

I always look at reviews before I choose a place to go to especially for any Healthcare related visits. This place definitely holds true to the 5 stars it possesses! We just moved here in June and my kids went to the same dentist for 8 years. My 15 year old son was nervous at first because he didn't know what to expect and going to the dentist is not his favorite. The ladies at the front desk, Dawn and Heline, were very kind and you can tell they like their job and have fun! My son's hygienist was very nice and made him feel at ease. She also asked if I wanted to come back with him knowing this was our first visit but I didn't feel the need. I could hear them talking while he was in the back. My son said she was so gentle with scraping his teeth which made things so much better because it used to hurt where we went before. He also really liked the dentist and found him to be nice and easy to talk to. He definitely had more personality than the other dentist! Our whole family will for sure be coming here and the fact they are so close to home makes this place even better! Thank you all for having great personalities and fantastic customer service skills!

Had a filling come loose, and they got me in the same day. I was seen promptly, and the entire staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. They quickly fixed the issue and made the experience stress-free. Highly recommend!

I was so nervous coming into this office for the first time. The staff, the hygienist and the dentist were absolutely wonderful! They made me so comfortable and calm. My experience was better than I can express! I will refer anyone I know to check out this office.

I have extreme dental anxiety, and from the first phone call Dawn reassured me they know what they’re doing. She explained that they have training for people with anxiety. The moment I walked in the door everyone was so friendly. The dentist was truly amazing and took his time with me, and explained everything and made sure I was comfortable before moving forward. I left there knowing it will be a place I can return to and be at ease
